【Fukuoka Travel】Choose a sunny day to visit Itoshima, perfect for summer

When traveling to Fukuoka, you must choose a sunny day to visit the island. The gradient blue water and the super-small beach are really hard to refuse! 🥰 Transportation: From downtown Fukuoka (Hakata Station/Tenjin) there is a direct bus every 30 minutes to 1 hour. ❤️ Restaurant: Of course you have to eat seafood when you come to the island! We went to the Seishima Seafood Hall Futami Uramoto store a few minutes walk from the white torii. Queue for about 15 minutes to sit by the window (the store is quite large for seats without requirements if there is no need to queue ~) The portion is plentiful and very fresh! 🤤 Another dessert is near palm beach called SURF SIDECAFE Palm Beach Gardens ordered mango snow top to eat, very plentiful ingredients super refreshing, also have regular meals sold. The coffee shop has a great environment and has seating outside! 😘 Taking pictures: If you want to stand in the middle of the white torii to take pictures need to queue (we very consciously stand in a row) If in a hurry / afraid of the sun can stand on the side like us waiting for the timing of changing shifts to grab two pictures and run.
