【Switzerland】Interlaken Jungfrau: A Dreamlike Journey to the Top of the Jungfrau in Spring.

The Jungfrau in Switzerland has been a place on my bucket list for a long time, and I finally had the chance to ascend it this spring. The Jungfrau is essentially snow-capped all year round. Known as the 'Roof of Europe' and often shrouded in mist, it resembles a shy maiden, hence attracting numerous visitors and developing into a well-established tourist destination. There are many ways to explore the Jungfrau, and this time we took a cable car to the terminal station and then a mountain train down the mountain. The journey offered picturesque views, with the blue sky and the white peaks creating a breathtaking scene. The Jungfrau station not only has an observation deck but also several indoor facilities, such as ice sculptures, a corridor depicting the history of the exploration of the Jungfrau, and restaurants, among others. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful that day, allowing us to witness the mysterious true face of the Jungfrau. Gazing at the glaciers and snow-capped peaks from the observation deck, my heart was filled with awe and admiration for nature. Although I felt a bit of headache and fatigue due to the high altitude, my spirit was cleansed by the magnificence of the place.
