Babies Across Switzerland

#familytrips2024 #switzerland #swisstrip2024 #interlaken #sisters #babies My sister and I made a daring decision to travel across Switzerland via train in 2 weeks, just the two of us - with our babies! I have a 7 month-old baby, and hers, a two year-old. So there we were, arriving in Geneva Airport, with two strollers and 4 luggages, so when we get to the connecting train station (the Swiss side, as you can exit the airport the French side) we had to deliver the 2 large ones via SBB delivery service. Mind you, it was only 12 CHF but it will take 2 days to arrive at our station! As much as we’re prepared for the journey, there were challenges at every single corner we turn, especially with a hungry, sleepy, tired baby on your hands. But we persevere and we actually managed to drag ourselves through the enchanting mountains of Swiss! From Geneva we settled in Interlaken, and it was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Ever! Took the train to literally everywhere in the country- Montreux, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, Zurich, Bern, Iseltwald - didn’t think I could do it! But we did!
