Last year, when I went to Jeju Island, it was already sold out at 5 o'clock, so I couldn't taste it, but I visited it because it opened in Songdo, Incheon, in the metropolitan area. The servers grill the meat themselves, and they lightly dip the first piece in salt... It's crazy... It's so delicious. I think it's the most delicious pork I've ever had. It's thick, but it's juicy, so every time you chew it, the savory flavor of the meat explodes and makes a mess in your mouth. I immediately understand why people line up to eat and wait. Maybe it's because the meat is aged... It was really delicious. We went with 3 people and ordered 3~4 servings of premium and added pork belly to taste the real taste of aged pork. It is obviously a bit more expensive than regular pork belly restaurants, but it is a restaurant where you will definitely want to visit again. They display aged meat on one side of the store, and I think you can feel their pride from here.
