Honestly, the taste and atmosphere here would be incredibly expensive in Seoul, but since it's in Incheon, the owner sells it at a more affordable price compared to other Western restaurants. The pizza dough is all handmade, making it chewy and crispy, and pizza is a must-order menu. I usually don't eat the crust, but it's so delicious with strawberry jam. You can really taste the effort the owner puts into researching other dishes, and I'm always grateful when I eat here. I fell in love with king oyster mushrooms after eating the mushroom salad. I tried to replicate it at home, but it didn't taste the same. The king oyster mushrooms are either fried or grilled with cuts on them, giving them a brown color on the outside, and they taste so savory and flavorful. Even my husband, who only likes meat, ate almost all of it. The oil pasta with arugula always has plump shrimp, and the noodles don't get soggy, so you can enjoy it until the last bite.
