The signature dish is Kaisendon with thick sashimi. The salmon roe that bursts on top of the Kaisendon is attractive, and it is also good for your health because it is topped with sam. Jeongonhan's Kaisendon is called the aged sashimi Kaisendon with a special aged secret method that is full of savory flavor. Maybe because of the aged sashimi, the sashimi was chewier and the texture that melted in my mouth was really sweet. The menu was very well-composed, including Futomaki and Udon that taste even better when eaten together. Futomiki was as chewy as the ingredients that were generously put in, and the udon had a clean broth and really chewy noodles.
