This noodles with soybean paste is really delicious!

Tasting Chinese cuisine at the Shinsung Hotel in Incheon, South Korea was an unforgettable experience for me. It satisfied my curiosity about authentic noodles with soybean paste. When you come to Incheon, you certainly can’t miss the opportunity to taste authentic jajangmyeon. After getting tired of strolling around Incheon Chinatown, my travel companion and I found a seat at the Shinseung Hotel and quickly placed our order. In addition to the noodles with soybean paste, we also ordered a bowl of fried noodle. I was amazed by the taste of the dishes. I never thought that I would be able to eat such authentic noodles during my trip. It is worth mentioning that Xinsheng Hotel is a restaurant run by the granddaughter of the founder of Gonghechun. Therefore, I can enjoy the food with peace of mind and fully savor the delicious taste of authentic jajangmyeon. I had a wonderful dining experience during my time at Xinsheng Hotel.
