Wat Phikun Thong is

Wat Phikun Thong is located in Tambon Phikun Thong, Amphoe Tha Chang, Sing Buri Province, on the eastern bank of the Noi River. Locals often call this temple Wat Luang Pho Pae. Inside is the largest Buddha statue in Thailand, Phra Phuttha Suwanna Mongkhon Maha Muni, which is over 21 wa high. This temple is highly revered and respected by locals because Luang Pho Pae, the former abbot, was a monk whom the locals respected and loved very much because he did a lot of good for Buddhism and played an important role in helping Wat Phikun Thong remain beautiful and undamaged to this day. #VisitHistoricalSite
