Access: Train: 85 minutes from Shinagawa Station to Katsuta Station by JR 15 minutes by bus from bus stop 2 at Katsuta Station Car: About 3 hours from Tokyo (if you are driving, we recommend going early as the parking lot will be crowded) Tourist spot: Hitachi Seaside Park Nemophila Price: 450 yen per adult Season: Mid-April to early May - There are few restaurants, so we recommend eating outside the park. - There are fewer people in the morning, so you can take better photos. - If you are coming by car from Tokyo, we recommend seeing the wisteria at Ashikaga Flower Park as well.
