In the past, it was used to raise the flag of the Annam Kingdom. But after Vietnam changed its government, the Vietnamese flag of the Communist Party was raised to the top of the pole instead. In front, there is a large square. In the evening, this place is a gathering place for exercising and doing various activities of Vietnamese people. 🕙You can visit from morning to 22:00. 🎫There is no admission fee.
