Chongqing Surrounding Lesser-Known Hiking Routes

🌟 There are quite a few hiking routes in Huaying Mountain. Besides the popular Hobbit, Twilight Forest, and Baiyan Loop, today I’m sharing the Liangfengya Hiking Loop. Since there are fewer people now, quickly save this and set off! . 📷 About a 2-hour drive from Chongqing. It used to be accessible via the old road to Linshui, but that road is now closed, making the area even more peaceful. . 🏞 Pine forests, cliffs, sinkholes, mountains, sunsets, cattle and sheep—you’ll find it all here. The trailhead is closed to vehicles, so you can only hike in. You can park your car at the trailhead. Camping in the pine forest is also quite nice. The loop takes about 5 hours. If you don’t want to do the full loop, you can just go to the pass and enjoy. . 🍁 Download the route track in advance for the loop. You can watch the sunset at the pass—it’s beautiful! You can also see Gaodeng Ancient Temple and Daopian Rock. It’s recommended to start in the morning for more time. Bring supplies and hike with companions. The entire route consists of farm roads, stone paths, and dirt roads. . 📍 Navigate directly to Liangfengya, Huaying City, Sichuan Province. Park at the farm road entrance. If you have time, you can also visit the nearby Twenty-One Switchbacks and Gaodeng Ancient Temple. Pick a good day and go!
