Mon Kuveran, Maharaj Thao Wes Park is a new tourist attraction in Chiang Mai, near the city. It is located on the Huay Kaew route, and it takes less than 2 hours to travel from the city center. This route is the same as the one to Mae Kampong, so you can stop by before heading to Mae Kampong. Inside, it is peaceful and serene, with the statue of Thao Wessuwan and a place to pray to Phaya Naga. There are beautiful cafes and overnight accommodations.
