"Design" As the 38th generation descendant of Su Shi, the proprietor of Huangshan Shude Hall purchased seven old houses and spent two years restoring them. While retaining the original large structure, the interior spaces were meticulously planned to create this "Shude Hall." Staying at Shude Hall, neighboring ancient residences, feels like living in the ancient village of Chengkan. Not only can you directly face the beautiful scenery of Yongxing Lake, but you can also see another side that tourists cannot glimpse. "Accommodation" The hotel has a total of 16 rooms. The wooden doors and bronze keys of the ancient courtyard have a substantial texture. The room designs are relatively independent, with bathrooms featuring dry and wet separation, equipped with Dyson hairdryers and Appelles toiletries. The mattresses are custom-made by King Koil, and the bedding is selected from Conradsen products. The hotel restaurant is restored from an old house with a history of 600 years, with photos of the old house's desolation before Demao Hall's arrival hanging on the walls. The restaurant uses local organic ingredients to cook traditional Huizhou cuisine, where you can taste dishes such as stinky mandarin fish, hairy tofu, Huizhou knife board incense, stone ear eggs, bamboo shoot braised meat buns, Jixi fried vermicelli, and osmanthus steamed rice cakes.
