This area features a fault-formed strait and a beautiful curved bay. The sea is crystal clear and blue, with shimmering black stones. From here, you can enjoy a distant view of the Qingshui Cliffs and, at night, admire the lights of Xincheng and Chongde areas. The coastal bike path stretches 21 kilometers from Nanbin Park in Hualien City, passing through Hualien Port and Si Ba Highland, all the way to Qixingtan Scenic Area, showcasing diverse scenery along the way.
