#MarchGoodPlaces2025 Hai Lan Hotel is a pet-friendly B&B in Hualien. I was lucky this time. I called to book a room a week ago and was able to get a double room with sea view. The homestay is spacious, parking is convenient, and every room faces the sea. The double room with sea view we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator which is very convenient. There is a large space in front of the room for the dog to run around. But still need to wear a leash. Breakfast is served in the restaurant in the front building. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows of the restaurant offer an endless sea view. Breakfast is a set meal, with Western and Chinese options available. It is very pleasant to have a sea view while dining. The room rate is reasonable and not expensive. The room is of moderate size. Even with the 20-inch suitcase unfolded, there is still plenty of room to move around. The soundproofing was pretty good, so our family of three slept well until dawn. Very comfortable environment, friends who want to bring their pets to Hualien can consider this hotel.
