Review of Hyatt Regency Hua Hin

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is one of the hotels I recommend for families or activity enthusiasts (my family stays here once a year). 🔹Stayed in a Superior Type room, starting with a 2-bedroom connecting room via the balcony... The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and there are large sofas both inside and outside the bedroom. The balcony is spacious with a pool view. All necessary amenities are provided in the drawers. 🔹The hotel has a large area with shady walkways throughout the resort. There are many facilities and activities, including 2 swimming pools, a slide, a kids club, a half basketball court, archery, table tennis, tennis court, mini golf, playground, pool table, foosball table, spa, fitness center, fish feeding, pool bar, restaurant, and café. These activities are very popular with my preteen son and elderly father, so much so that they hardly stayed in the room 😁 🔹The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of savory and sweet dishes. There are so many options that it's hard to choose 😅 (even on Sunday and Monday, the food selection was abundant and varied). The taste is also good. 🔹The staff provides excellent service, from the front desk to housekeeping, especially in the restaurant. Even when many guests come down for breakfast at the same time, the management is efficient, and the wait for a table is not long. 🔹We arrived at the hotel early (11 AM) and were allowed to use the hotel facilities while waiting for the room (the staff informed us that if we wanted to swim, we could shower and change in the spa room). We got our room at 1 PM, two hours before the check-in time. 🔹The beach in front of the hotel is wide, and the location is behind the Cicada and Tamarine markets, which are within walking distance. There is a golf cart service for half the way, making it convenient to find food. 🔸🔸🔸There are a few minor issues: the refrigerator in the room is not very cold, there is no minibar, the room layout is similar, so we got lost a few times 😅, and the hotel decor is Thai-style, which some people might not like.
