The way Texans do it is very different from others, as they will smoke it for several hours, even overnight besides grilling it using fire wood. Roegels BBQ offers a wide range of meats. This is how you orslder it: Choose your meat (1,2 or 3 kinds), your sides and drinks. I personally will prefer the briskets and turkey ham, and they tasted very good. The meat is so tender and succulent, and the smoky flavour is just nice and appetizing. There are also many variety of sides to be chosen from, and they are very nice as well. I will definitely go there again.
