For breakfast on my last day in Waikiki, I chose a restaurant called "Castro's" located near the intersection of Kalakaua Avenue and Saratoga Road. It serves dishes that combine Latin American elements such as Cuba and Peru with a Hawaiian feel. The restaurant is small, with a few terrace seats outside. But the atmosphere is perfect for the cheerfulness of Hawaii. The restaurant opens at 7am, so I was the first to enter and ate inside. I ordered avocado toast and cappuccino. It's a dish that is different from simple toast, and I'm fascinated by the innovative and artistic finish! The simple taste that makes the most of the ingredients is delicious, and it's surprisingly voluminous and satisfying. It's market price, but it was USD16 that day, which I think is not bad for this quality. The cappuccino was also delicious. If I had to point out one thing that bothered me, it was that it took a while for the food to be served.
