Japanese Deep-Fried Steak

This is definitely a popular restaurant. I saw many friends eating there when they went to Japan, but I have never tried it before🥺. Of course I have to try it when it opens a branch in Hong Kong🇯🇵🥩 - 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨Kyoto Katsu Beef Double Flavor Set Meal Wing and Fillet ($198) I ordered this because I can try two types of beef 😋 The surface of the beef is golden and crispy, and the inside is super tender because it is only 3/4 done. I ordered a teppanyaki plate so I can adjust the doneness myself (but I suggest that you keep it in its original flavor without frying it!!☺️I personally prefer fillet beef, which has less fat and is softer and more tender❤️ - In addition, it is paired with a variety of ingredients, soy sauce, sansho salt, curry sauce, and signature steak sauce. My friends and I both recommend sansho salt. I thought it would be too salty, but it makes the beef taste even better. 🤤 - In addition to beef, the set meal also comes with free-to-add soup, cabbage salad, and rice. I especially recommend the rice, which has oatmeal grains. It's healthy and delicious.
