[Good place for parents and children] Fire boat + playground ~Fireboat~ ~ Actually a flagship of the Hong Kong Fire Department Fire Extinguishing Wheel, has been involved in the extinguishing work and maritime rescue missions of numerous ships and major coastal fires. ~ Retired in 2002. ~ The exhibition hall covers an area of ​​approximately 1,200 square meters and displays unique firefighting artifacts to increase public awareness of Hong Kong’s maritime rescue efforts.   The kids were really excited to see such a big fireboat and walk in. And it was really meaningful to get to know the knowledge of firefighters in marine rescue work!!   ~Fireboat location~ The fire extinguishing wheel of HMS Ge Liang Hong is located in Quarry Bay Park, Hong Kong.   1) From Exit E of MTR Pacific Station, walk for about 10 minutes via Pacific Place Center and the pedestrian footbridge to Quarry Bay Park; 2) From Exit A of West Bay MTR Station, walk west via the Hong Kong Film Archive for about 10 minutes to Quarry Bay Park; 3) Take the bus (2A, 2X, 77, 99, 110, 722) via Lei King Road, get off opposite Lei King Bay Recreation Park, and walk west along the footpath for about 5 minutes, via the Hong Kong Film Archive to Quarry Bay Park.   ~Opening Hours~ Monday, Wednesday to Sunday: 10am to 6pm Christmas Eve and Lunar New Year’s Eve: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m Closed on Tuesdays (except public holidays) and Lunar New Year's Day   ~Preventive measures~ The museum will implement preventive measures and limit the number of visitors.
