Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ review Named after Federico Fellini’s 1963 classic film, 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana specializes in contemporary Italian made with top-notch ingredients. Bombana has been hailed “The King of White Truffles”, unfortunately the white truffle menu was no longer available when I visited that night . The desgustation menu consisted of 5 courses , executing a symphony of textures and flavors, the culinary creations were delightful and pleasant overall but none of the dishes was particularly impressive or spectacular apart from the baby lamb , the homemade Tagliatelle was the most disappointing dish of the night , taste mediocre with no sense of uniqueness... maybe I was over-expecting from a three-star standard 🤷🏻‍♀️ it might do them justice if I revisit for their white truffle menu next time !
