Elegant check-in restaurant on Kam Sheung Road, Yuen Long

Muse Furniture Lab (Yuen Long) 📍G/F, 26C Kam Sheung Road, Yuen Long Last Saturday, I had a rare day off with my boyfriend, and we decided to go to an unfamiliar place that we wouldn’t normally go to, and have a short trip in the suburbs. Our destination for today's trip is Kam Tin. We will take bus No. 51 in Tsuen Wan and go along the mountain road from Tsuen Wan to Kam Tin. On weekdays, when I go to Yuen Long, I usually take the West Rail or the bus through Tai Lam Tunnel. Since I am here to "travel" today, of course I want to do something different 😁 The bus will also pass through Tai Mo Shan Country Park along the way, it really feels like going on a trip. Thirty minutes later, we arrived at the first stop of our journey. I noticed this restaurant a few years ago. The decoration is gorgeous British pastoral style. Both the interior and the outdoor area are very thoughtfully arranged. I will check in like crazy after dinner. Smoked salmon and cream cheese crepe The presentation is exquisite and the portion is quite large. The surface is covered with plump smoked salmon, and the crepe is filled with shredded cauliflower, which enriches the taste and texture. Mexican pepper, cuttlefish and clam pasta As soon as the pasta came out, you could smell the spicy garlic flavor, but it wasn't too spicy when you ate it. The sauce was sweet and spicy, and it was very exotic and tasty. The cuttlefish tentacles are refreshing and chewy, and the clam meat is quite generous, very tasty and satisfying 😋 Baked mushrooms with cheese and meat sauce and French fries I have always loved eating baked mushrooms. This time, it was paired with meat sauce and my favorite French fries. I had no reason to resist this combination. Strawberry Mojito (Mocktail) The sweet and sour strawberry soda with plenty of mint leaves is very refreshing and thirst-quenching. It is very comfortable to drink this after a full meal.
