Four-course dinner at The Enclave at The Silveri Hong Kong MGallery Collection 😗

A few days ago I went to The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery staycation and the package included executive lounge, a cocktail and a four-course dinner. Maybe the hotel is directly above East Point, so the restaurant is not that crowded, that night there were only 4-5 tables of customers. Two appetizers, one cold and one hot, were Victoria Beef Tatar and Grilled Canadian Scallops. Beef he he with roasted bone marrow, quail eggs and chips, the beef is very fresh, and seasoned just right, eat the freshness of raw beef while not very fishy 👍🏾 The outer layer of the bone marrow is very crispy, but inside can not eat a very strong fragrance. Toasted scallops with pickled carrots, coconut and grapefruit, the scallops were quite fresh and full of meat. However, the other ingredients are very clumsy, I personally think the foam is a bit too much, which makes the taste very strange 🤔 pickled carrots can not eat the pickled taste, just no raw carrots green flavor, grapefruit does not make the whole dish more fresh feeling.
