Anniversary celebration

This year's anniversary celebration chose the Alva Hotel by Royal buffet located in Siu Lek Yuen, Shatin. This time, the Royal Plaza Hotel is using lobster and crab as the theme, and the delicious dishes are used to create a superb seafood feast! Therefore, lobster and crab are indispensable. The lobster meat is plump and firm, very sweet and fresh. What surprised me the most was the king crab, which has a crab shell, crab meat and crab claws, and the crab roe fills the whole crab! I have tried crab lasagna, crab risotto, French lobster soup, Thai crab, typhoon shelter fried crab and white wine mussels. There are many seafood-themed dishes, but the lobster soup is a little salty and heavier than other lobster soups.
