Delicious and varied buffet breakfast

First time trying the breakfast buffet in IBIS Sheung Wan Hotel, the restaurant is "Taste" on the 6th floor! The place is not very big, you can pick your own seats. There are plenty of counters and large tables! There are windows on both sides of the restaurant where you can eat while looking at the street view! The breakfast buffet has quite a variety of food styles. First the bread area has a buffet of toast with chocolate muffins and croissants. The deli area has sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, fried chicken chunks, tomatoes and vegetables, and fried udon. Another area has polenta and hot soup, as well as fruit and yogurt.
