Those who have tried to book Rosewood - The Butterfly Room should understand that it is very difficult to book😭In addition to only accepting online reservations, they only open bookings for the next two months at 10am on the 1st of each month. It is really a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reserve a seat for afternoon tea😭😭🙏🏼 After trying it, I understand why it has always been the #1 high tea in Hong Kong. The service attitude is very good. The staff carefully introduces each salty and dessert and recommends the order of eating. The savory side was a sandwich made with 4 premium ingredients, followed by a cup of mushroom soup in an expresso, exquisite and outstanding Then came the scones, one original and one grape flavor, crispy and not greasy with heavy butter flavor (it is said that the scones can be refilled, but only one of each was served that day) The dessert portion was quite generous, first served a second layer of 4 relatively small desserts, and then brought out a dessert cart to introduce 4 different cakes. Rosewood's Napoleon cake has always been very famous.
