🌈Yin Xiuzhen｜Everywhere 📅November 25, 2022 - March 9, 2023 🏡12/F, H Queen’s, 80 Queen’s Road Central This exhibition focuses on Yin Xiuzhen's ongoing exploration of materiality, from old clothes and fabrics to porcelain and cement, to fruit and plants. In recent years, she has used porcelain as a core material in her work, and in her latest series, titled Chronicles of a Roaring Wave, the artist expresses a greater physicality in her porcelain clay works, pushing and squeezing the raw material to create sensual folds in the thick surfaces of the ceramic panels as they roll and recede in layers like waves. Also, in the Ripple series, the reflections in the mirrors that illuminate the other works make it feel like she is truly everywhere. #HongKongExhibition #Central
