Michelin recommended high quality Thai cuisine with sea view

This Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant, which I visited with my German colleagues a few years ago, has a view of the Victoria Harbour. It has always been a gathering place for tourists, but the pandemic has indeed had a great impact over the past few years. This time, my wife and I watched the Christmas lights nearby and decided to visit again and have dinner in front of the magnificent Victoria Harbour night view🤩 ✏️Position: 9/10 ✏️Environment: 9/10 ✏️ Hygiene: 9/10 ✏️Service: 9/10 ✏️Food: 9/10 The restaurant is located in Empire Centre, just a 3-minute walk from the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station exit, which is quite convenient. The restaurant is semi-open with soft indoor lighting and a Southeast Asian leisure style. Outdoors, one can overlook the night view of Victoria Harbour, which is impeccable. The waiters are all Southeast Asians, speak fluent English and provide excellent service. The food is obviously more delicate than the average Thai restaurant and tastes outstanding 😆 🌟Mothers Pomelo Salad with Roasted Prawns - $178 For Thai food, we must order the appetizer, which the restaurant uses pomelo, toasted coconut, raw shallots, fresh mint, dried shrimp and grilled prawns. The pomelo is sweet and not sour, and you can taste the coconut sugar added so it has a coconut flavor; the raw shallots add excitement, and the roasted coconut brings a crispy taste.
