This five-star hotel just opened this year, and the rooms and decoration are very new. The hotel is conveniently located, but the entrance is a bit hidden. You need to take the elevator from the 2nd floor of the Citygate outlet mall to the 9th floor to check in. There is a shopping mall downstairs, as well as a convenience store, which is very convenient. The staff was polite, check-in process was smooth & no queues, free upgrade to deluxe room and late check-out till 1pm. The room is large and comfortable. You can see the sea view from the 11th floor. However, the door of the room is heavy and needs some force to open. In addition, since there are only gauze curtains, it will be more sunny at dawn. What I appreciate most are the restroom and shower room. The restroom has a smart toilet with powerful functions; the shower room has a shower head on the ceiling, and the hot water flows down from the top of the head, which is very comfortable. The mattress is clean and comfortable, but the pillow is a bit soft. The soundproofing is good and no noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms can be heard. The air conditioning in the room is normal, but the equipment is average, not luxurious. There is no NOW TV on the TV, so you can't watch the World Cup. Since the hotel promotes environmental protection, daily necessities such as toothbrushes and combs have to be asked from employees. I hope the materials of daily necessities can be converted into environmentally friendly materials, like the hotel's wooden room cards. As it is December, the hotel swimming pool is closed.
