Ramada Plaza Hotel

The hotel is located at 23 Austin Road, at the intersection of Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui, opposite to Page148 Hotel. Exit D of Jordan MTR Station, walk left along Austin Road for about 5 minutes to the corner. It is located in a quiet area in a busy area. The hotel looks like a series of Ramada hotels, with a magnificent appearance. The reception is in the lobby, which, like other hotels in the same series, has many gorgeous palace-style sofas. The check-in procedure is simple. Since there is no need to pay a deposit, check-in and out are very quick and convenient. The room is similar to other rooms in the same series in decoration, which are relatively small. They try to have a luxurious feel but are rather old-fashioned. The basic facilities are also relatively simple. There are several bottles of water, an electric kettle and teacups, but no tea bags or coffee bags are provided. The mini refrigerator is really very mini, the kind that can store a few cans of soda and beer. This is the first time I have seen it! There is a mini safe and hair dryer on the bedside table, as well as eco-friendly slippers. The TV is not very big and has only basic channels. There are no satellite or cable channels, but it is set off by a golden frame. The bathroom is also very small, but has a very short bathtub, which is the same design as other hotels in the same series. It is basically impossible to lie down and take a full body bath. The toiletries are also very simple, with only a toothbrush set and a shower cap, and there are only large towels but no small face towels. The overall hotel looks like a 4-star hotel, but the interior is only 3-star, and the basic facilities are only slightly better than a hotel!
