The noodle shop now specializes in Teochew noodles. I ordered a bowl of hand-beaten fried seaweed squid ball noodle 🍜 The portion is quite large! And this seaweed squid ball is really quite special 😋😋 ~ hand-made squid balls are fresh enough, and the taste is refreshing and bouncy 👍🏻 with the soup and rice noodles together, really quite flavorful!
