Hong Kong's southernmost point - Po Tai Island

The routes I saw on the Internet for visiting Po Toi Island all go to the four designated attractions: Buddha's Hand Rock, Monk Rock, Turtle Landing and the Lighthouse. Thanks to the guidance of the talkative and cheerful sister-in-law, we walked on a stone road (the third section) that seemed rugged but was actually naturally beautiful, with great scenery and was quite easy to walk on. At the pier, you need to walk along the coast to the starting point near the ancient temple. Walking along the coast, you will see signposts. On the left is the ancient temple, and on the right is the road up the mountain (called the third section). When you enter the third section, you will see a fork in the road. Please go left. The Tin Hau Temple is only a few steps away from the third section of the road, so we also walked over to see the temple. The road may seem rough but it is by no means difficult to walk on. Some sections with steeper slopes have iron chains for tourists to use as leverage. From time to time when you walk on the rocks, you will see this sign without words on the road section that looks like a road but is not. In fact, there are only two directions: Tin Hau Temple or the pier. It doesn’t matter if there are no words on it. There are occasional mountain roads, but most of them are stone roads. With good weather, blue sky, green water and no tall buildings, this place is so beautiful. As we continue to climb the mountain, the scenery becomes more and more open. Although we had to climb up a slope to get in the sun, my friend and I were still in high spirits. We pretended to climb up with great effort, and took photos while jumping and running. It was fun and funny. Be aware that exposure to the sun in midsummer can easily lead to heatstroke and slipping on rainy days. Standing on the top of the stone, the profile pic is first-rate. The colors of the sky, clouds and sea are so beautiful. We were afraid that we didn’t have enough time, so we didn’t go to the Sun Viewing Pavilion at the highest point and walked towards the pier. Then we went to four major scenic spots: Buddha's Hand Rock, Monk Stone, Turtle Mountain and 126 Lighthouse. The road leading to the stone carvings is currently under repair. It turns out that there is a road from the Sun Viewing Pavilion leading to the four major scenic spots. But seeing the endless stone steps, I still like the route we took today.
