🇭🇰 Praying at Wong Tai Sin

Praying with joss sticks is a ritual and a symbolism of our respects and beliefs towards the deities. Together with kneeling and bowing strengthen our desires too. Praying at Wong Tai Sin is no longer a physical affair. The devotees can also do online praying and it is extremely useful during the pandemic years. When you are there at the temple, it is always careful to hold the lighted joss sticks in an upright position and mind your steps when you are climbing the stairs. *photos are taken before pandemic and HK is not open for travelling yet but I will be there soon :) #hkinsider #liveyourdreams #takethattrip
