The cod fish was full of oil and fragrance, and the chef was very skilled in frying the fish fillets very quickly. It was time for the main course, which was American beef tenderloin. The chef would ask the customer in advance how well done he wanted the food to be, and I would answer 50%. When cooking, the chef cuts the beef tenderloin into small pieces, adds black pepper and other seasonings, and then adds garlic pieces and cooks together. Super delicious! Between dessert and drink, I chose dessert, which was a bowl of "Red Bean Milk Jelly", which was of acceptable standard. This lunch was so filling that I almost felt full.
