Check-in hotels 🏨 are definitely something that girls will love! 😍

📷🏨 The Murray Hotel (Central) I recently visited The Murray Hotel and I think many people are familiar with it (you might have seen some pictures before). I have always admired their beautiful bathtub, so I went on a two-day staycation with my best friend for my birthday celebration 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼. It's about a 15-minute walk from Central, but we decided to take a taxi in the end 😂 It was too hot, and we didn't want to climb the hill haha. My package included one night's stay, semi-buffet breakfast, and dining credit. It cost around HKD 2,000, so take note! 🌟🌟 But do remember that if you want a room with a bathtub, it's only available from the second level onwards! The cheapest room doesn't come with a bathtub! We checked in at around 3:00 pm, and there wasn't a lot of people around. The hotel's design features a lot of marble, and it looks beautiful 🥰. The room is bigger than I expected, and it's suitable for a small party 😂. After putting down our stuff, we immediately went to take pictures on the ground floor 👀. There were quite a few people taking photos on the slope, so we had to wait a while. The hotel's design is stunning because it was built from a historical building with high ceilings, and it's pet-friendly, so we saw many dogs 🐶 that day. After taking pictures, we changed into our swimsuits and headed to the pool! The swimming time is limited to one hour per session due to pandemic restrictions, so I went on the hour. Surprisingly, there was no one there! However, the pool is indoor and relatively small. After a while, around eight people showed up, so it's not suitable for swimming. Then we went to Popinjays for dinner 🥣. The restaurant's design is also stunning, and we sat at a round table. Unfortunately, the lighting was dim, and it wasn't easy to take good pictures. The food was decent, but I regretted not using the dining credit for tea 🥲, which is usually what most people come for. After dinner, we returned to our room, and my friend had already informed the hotel about my birthday. They prepared a small cake for me 🍰, and the room service staff was excellent. He took some photos for us and wished me a happy birthday 🎂. However, the cake's size was small, similar to the size of an egg tart from a bakery. After searching online, I found out it's called a chocolate tart 🫠. If it were a bit bigger, I would have been happier, but it's the thought that counts when the hotel is providing such a service.
