"High-Quality All-You-Can-Eat Taiwanese Hot Pot in Tseung Kwan O"

I’ve eaten at this Yi Ding before in Tuen Mun! It’s rare to pass by Tseung Kwan O to visit friends and run into it again, so of course, we had to feast. We chose the $329 Australian 200-Day Grain-Fed Beef All-You-Can-Eat Set, with a 90-minute time limit. What I love most here is the individual hot pot for each person—so convenient! You can choose any soup base you want without having to compromise. One of us picked the bonito soup base, and the other chose the braised spicy beef! Once seated, we started with two glasses of chilled draft beer. I really appreciate that the glasses are kept in the fridge, so every sip of the draft beer is ice-cold! So refreshing! The self-service area has a lot of food—various appetizers, vegetables, meatballs, hot pot ingredients—very abundant with tons of choices, which can be overwhelming! But since we focused on eating meat, we didn’t take too much! The star, the beef, really did not disappoint. We ordered a whole table full of meat, and every type was high quality! Australian 200-day grain-fed beef, Australian Wagyu, premium beef tongue, etc., all bright red, fatty yet meaty! We kept ordering encore after encore! There are also special enoki mushroom and Wagyu skewers, asparagus and Wagyu skewers, and fresh seafood like squid paste, large clams, prawns, and oysters—all very fresh! Besides beef, you must try the Taiwanese snacks here: salt and pepper chicken, fried items, scallion-grilled squid skewers, bright red shrimp balls, braised beef tendon, beef shank, etc., all super delicious! And you absolutely must try the high-quality Taiwanese tea drinks here. My favorite hot pot tea drinks are a must: cheese amber, perfume lemon burst, brown sugar pearl milk, passion fruit trio, winter melon milk tea, etc. Usually, a single cup costs nearly $30, so unlimited drinks are a bit crazy, but I love it!! Besides the high-quality beef and hot pot ingredients, the desserts here are also top-notch! Mochi red bean soup, peach gum white fungus soup, peach gum milk, all very tasty! This all-you-can-eat hot pot is truly satisfying! The only downside is that there’s so much delicious food and not enough time—I didn’t even get to try the soft serve ice cream!
