Today, I found this cafe opposite Tai Kwun in Central. The base of the drink uses roselle and rose tea🌹 The whole drink has a floral aroma and tastes quite refreshing. ♦️Tropical The barista uses nutty coffee beans to make a cold brew with a unique flavor, featuring a fragrant dark chocolate taste☕️ The bottom layer includes mango puree, pink guava juice, coconut ice, and dried pineapple slices. This combination offers a rich texture and a strong fruity sweetness🍍 I especially like the coconut ice in the cup, which slowly melts to create different layers, enhancing the drink’s flavor. ♦️Mocha You can see the barista’s dedication in the latte art, and the design is quite intricate🥰 This mocha has a very rich flavor with a strong chocolate taste🍫 Signature Tofu Sandwich Seeing it was the restaurant’s signature, I ordered one to try😮 This sandwich completely surprised me!
