Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery in Hong Kong

The Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery is a beautiful and historic temple built in 1950, located on a hill in the Sha Tin district of Hong Kong. Inside the monastery, there are no fewer than ten thousand Buddha statues. Along the 400-plus steps leading up to the temple, you will find golden Buddha statues in various poses lining the path. At the very top, there is a large statue of the Thousand-Hand Guan Yin. The monastery also offers amulets for sale. This temple is considered one of the largest and most stunning in Hong Kong. It is easily accessible via MTR; simply take the train to Sha Tin Station and exit at Exit B. 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: Admission is free. The atmosphere is excellent, surrounded by mountains and nature.
