After strolling, I suddenly craved a burger, so I visited this Canadian 🇨🇦 restaurant located in Shek Tong Tsui. The restaurant is situated on a small street in Shek Tong Tsui and features plenty of Canadian-inspired decor, making you feel as if you’re abroad. The Crisp Caesar Salad’s romaine lettuce 🥬 is fresh, crisp, juicy, and slightly sweet. The Caesar dressing has a rich milky aroma with a mildly tangy and salty flavor. The croutons, bacon 🥓 bits, and Parmesan cheese not only enhance the fragrance but also add texture. Poutine, or gravy cheese fries 🍟, is incredibly indulgent! Crispy fries and shredded cheese are served on a hot iron plate, and the server pours mushroom 🍄🟫 gravy over them, creating a sizzling sound and a mouthwatering aroma. The cheese melts slightly from the heat, creating a stretchy effect when you pick up the fries. The Fish Fingers have a thin batter, resembling tempura, and are very fluffy. The fish is thick and juicy. Adding lemon 🍋 juice makes the flavor more refreshing. The Crispy Bacon Cheese Burger 🍔 is generously filled and stacked high. The soft bun sandwiches sauce, onions 🧅, cheese, slightly crispy bacon 🥓, a grilled burger patty, and fresh lettuce 🥬. The NZ Ribeye Steak is cooked to about medium, with no blood and very juicy. The steak 🥩 has a smoky grilled aroma on the outside. The meat is tender without being chewy or sinewy.
