After having a meal at Olympian City, I stumbled upon this newly opened dessert shop. The storefront and menu looked quite appealing, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with a clean and spacious environment. Specializing in handmade desserts and sweet soups under the themes of "Ice, Paste, Stew, Mix," the shop proudly promotes its "100% Fresh Fruit" slogan. Mango Sago Pomelo This classic Hong Kong dessert features mango, pomelo, and sago as its main ingredients. The mango is incredibly sweet and aromatic, perfectly complemented by the tangy sweetness of the pomelo and the chewy texture of the sago, creating a multi-layered and delightful taste experience. Black Sesame Soup with Glutinous Rice Balls The black sesame soup is exceptionally smooth, with a rich sesame aroma that hits you as soon as it’s served. The glutinous rice balls have a chewy skin and are filled with a luscious, molten black sesame paste, leaving a lasting impression. Premium Durian Ice The strong aroma of durian is evident the moment it’s served. It features a generous portion of golden, creamy Musang King durian flesh. The durian ice is velvety smooth, with every bite accompanied by durian puree. The addition of coconut jelly and sago enhances the texture, making it a refreshing and satisfying treat. Dessert Platter Extravaganza As the name suggests, this dessert is incredibly rich and diverse, including tofu pudding, ice jelly, taro balls, peach gum, lotus seeds, red beans, sago, popping boba, pandan, and mango rice noodles, all served with coconut milk. The taro balls are chewy, the rice noodles are silky, and the sago and popping boba add a delightful texture. It’s a truly satisfying dessert. Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw in Coconut Surprisingly, this dessert shop also offers a range of double-boiled soup sets. We tried the fish maw and black chicken soup served in a coconut, accompanied by rice and a delicate dessert—red bean pudding, which is just as impressive as the other desserts with its rich egg flavor. The soup itself is light and sweet, featuring tender pieces of black chicken and soft fish maw, making it a nourishing and beauty-enhancing choice.
