Soup We ordered the tofu seafood soup, and both of us loved it. The texture was smooth and tender, with plenty of high-quality seafood inside. The flavor was well-balanced, making it warm and comforting to drink. Vegetables We chose the most common vegetable in Hong Kong tea houses—choy sum. To preserve the natural taste of the vegetable, we opted for the poached preparation. The freshness and vibrant green color of the vegetables were evident, and it provided a refreshing balance to the meal. Noodles We ordered the Soy Sauce Fried Noodles. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right level of seasoning—not too salty or bland—making it an excellent choice as a main dish. Sweet Dessert Soup This time, we had the Tangerine Peel Red Bean Soup, and it was absolutely amazing! The red bean soup was cooked until creamy while still retaining some of the red bean texture. The tangerine peel added a rich aroma, making it feel nourishing and healthy. Having a bowl of sweet red bean soup after the meal was truly delightful.
