Hong Kong Kerry Hotel: Spacious Rooms, Stunning Views, and All-You-Can-Eat Buffets

Before coming to Hong Kong, I heard from friends that hotel rooms here are notoriously small, almost like living in a shoebox. So, I didn’t set my expectations too high. But as soon as I stepped into the room at the Hong Kong Kerry Hotel, I was blown away—it completely shattered the stereotype of tiny hotel rooms in Hong Kong! The room is nearly 40 square meters, spacious and airy, with unbeatable views of Victoria Harbor. Lying on the bed and gazing at the sea instantly puts you in a relaxed state. During the day, the sunlight streams in, making it a perfect spot for kids to do their homework while enjoying the view—super comfortable! The infinity pool on the 4th floor is so picturesque it looks like a painting. I regretted not bringing my swimsuit; otherwise, I would’ve been snapping photos non-stop! The service is incredibly warm and friendly, with none of the rumored discrimination. Staff initially greeted us in English, but when they noticed we spoke Mandarin, they immediately switched to Mandarin—so thoughtful! The highlight was the Executive Lounge on the 8th floor, where afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast are all included, served buffet-style. Unlimited salmon? Yes, please! We didn’t even need to go out for dinner during our two-night stay—we were completely stuffed! The hotel is located in Kowloon, conveniently close to K11 and the LEGO Discovery Center, and it’s also easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui. After checking out, we stored our luggage and went out to explore. When the kids wanted to swim again, we simply informed the staff, and they let us return to the pool for another swim! This stay was a perfect 10/10, and I’ll definitely book here again next time I visit Hong Kong!
