I’ve always wanted to try Taiwan’s popular restaurant "Zhu Jian Suan Cai Yu," and finally had the chance to visit with a friend. The restaurant is located in Causeway Bay, and its interior design features comic elements. Although the space isn’t very spacious, the minimalist and clean design creates a comfortable atmosphere. There’s a self-service tea station where you can brew Roselle and dried tangerine peel drinks☕ 🐟 Authentic Chiayi Satay Fish Hotpot $128 This rich hotpot dish is made by stir-frying bass, pork lard, satay sauce, spicy bean paste, and mushrooms together. The flavor is incredibly rich and aromatic. The bass is fried but still tender, and the other ingredients are well-seasoned. 🐟 Shanghai-Style Shrimp Soup Fish $178 Perfect for solo diners, this dish is beautifully presented. The broth is made from white shrimp heads and serves as the base, with added seafood like mussels and clams to deliver an authentic seafood flavor. The star of the dish, the boneless fish slices, are tender and fresh.
