Take a stroll near Kai Tak Sports Park and satisfy your hunger! The Kai Tak Retail Mall now offers a variety of dining options, and I chose to try "Red House" for some modern Chinese cuisine. I was thrilled to see my favorite Peking duck on the menu 🥰 Absolutely delightful! The interior features a red-themed design with wooden furnishings. Large and small red lanterns hang high in the hall, creating a stylish and elegant Chinese ambiance 💗 ⭐️ Jellyfish Head with Aged Vinegar The jellyfish head is incredibly crunchy! It's mixed with jelly cubes made from aromatic vinegar and refreshing cucumber chunks. The texture is rich, slightly tangy, and surprisingly appetizing. ⭐️ Peking Roast Duck The duck skin is glossy and flavorful, with a rich, aromatic fat. The outer skin is crispy and melts in your mouth 💗, while the meat is tender and juicy. Accompaniments include sugar, duck sauce, cucumber, cantaloupe, and scallions. Both the duck and pancakes are kept warm in a heated container, allowing you to savor them slowly. ⭐️ Lotus Leaf Steamed Crab Fried Glutinous Rice Another popular dish from the restaurant! 🦀 The crab meat is incredibly fresh and succulent, with a delightful sweetness. The crab aroma blends perfectly with the subtle fragrance of the lotus leaf. The glutinous rice underneath is soft and sticky, bursting with flavor—it's hard to stop eating. Highly recommended! ⭐️ Fresh Crab Roe Soup Dumplings Served in portions of five, these dumplings are juicy and filled with the fresh aroma of crab roe 🥰. ⭐️ Red Date Cake Handmade red date cakes, served in portions of five, are steamed to order.
