It was actually officially named San Mun Tsai New Village, because the real Sam Mun Tsai was submerged during the construction of the Boat Bay Freshwater Lake, and the government relocated the original residents in a vacant bay near Ma Shi Chau, which became the current San Mun Tsai New Village. It's really comfortable to walk in and enjoy the sea view and eat during the holidays!
