At the beginning of the route, you can visit the Lions Club Nature Education Center. The outdoor areas such as bamboo forests, orchards, and farmland are also very comfortable. Then you can walk to the Jiaokeng Nature Trail next to the Chinese Medicine Garden of the Lions Club Nature Education Center. It takes about an hour to follow the signposted route. It is very suitable for beginners and even three-year-old Rouwanlang can handle it with ease. Forest bathing🌲 allows your body senses to be completely immersed in nature, temporarily escape from the hustle and bustle of life, and improve the quality of your mental health.
