I booked a hotel with a view that made me want to leave the curtains open all night. Watching the skyline shift from sunrise to city lights was almost hypnotic—it reminded me why I love traveling. Food was a priority, of course. From a proper dim sum breakfast to the best local wonton noodles, every meal felt like part of the experience.
