Happy Tea Party@Red Pavilion

Meet up with friends for a midday tea party today! My friend chose to have lunch at the Regal Airport Hotel, and as an "island dweller", of course I agreed. It’s Christmas Eve and the hotel is filled with a festive atmosphere! We came to the Red Pavilion at the Regal Airport Hotel for lunch today. It has been a while since we last came here and it was great to revisit it today. It would be so joyful for everyone to get together, drink some delicious tea and chat about daily life! Soon the ordered delicacies arrived, starting with the preserved plum lettuce for $98! The sweet and sour flavor of plums is fully integrated into the crisp lettuce, and the refreshing and delicious taste is irresistible. Crispy Shrimp Toast $78! There is a whole springy prawn on the crispy toast, fried to a sweet and fragrant taste without being greasy and very delicious. Fried vermicelli in soup $78! After being fried, the rice noodle is like a phoenix reborn, golden and chewy, and just the right size. It tastes very special when dipped in the soup filled with the aroma of leeks. Sea buckthorn square yam $82! The sweet and sour taste of sea buckthorn combined with the soft and glutinous texture of yam is rich and attractive. The recent overwhelming panda fever has also swept into hotels! This panda custard bun was launched to suit the occasion. The bun is very soft and the lava custard filling inside bursts out when you take a bite. It is not only cute, but also sweet and delicious. Candied Spanish Iberico Pork Barbecued Pork $348! It is carefully warmed over low heat before being served. In addition to the barbecued pork, there are also oyster sauce beans as a little surprise. The fried rice is the best example of the chef's craftsmanship. I have witnessed that the fried rice here is very well made. The rice grains are distinct, not greasy, and full of fragrance. It is delicious when paired with the salty and fragrant sakura shrimp. I spent a very satisfying lunch with my friends and look forward to meeting again next time.
