#chinatrip After Singapore, the Gillette store from Japan came to Hong Kong a month ago🚩 Instead of opening the first store in Hong Kong in a prosperous area, we chose to open the Hollywood Plaza in Diamond Hill🏢 The entire restaurant space is designed in light wood color with tables and chairs of the same color🪵🪑 The wooden screen pieced together with different geometric patterns is beautiful😍 The signature Hokkaido "Sigen Dolphin" is bred from a cross-breeding of four of Japan's best pig breeds🐷 Not a thick cut but still tender and juicy🤤 Gillette Miyazaki Wagyu stone-yaki set meal is red and very attractive🥩 Put it on the stove and sear both sides until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sound is very healing😌 It’s the first time I’ve eaten Gillette salmon. It has a very special texture between sashimi and fried fish🐟 Gillette shrimp and Gillette oysters also look good.
