Love is all around this Christmas!

Christmas is just around the corner 🎄🤶! The Haven is launching a brand new buffet with the theme 'Love is all Around'. Enjoy popular dishes along with Christmas specials and be surrounded by love💕! Our regular seafood extravaganza🦐🦞🦀 includes Boston lobster, king crab legs, bread crab, baby lobster, blue mussels, half-shell mussels, lobster claws, cooked shrimp, and cooked clams. In the cold food section, we have Thai-style boneless chicken feet salad, wild mushroom balsamic salad, smoked black fish roe tofu, homemade smoked salmon, Mediterranean feta cheese salad, Parma ham with melon, Nanjing salted duck, French beef tongue terrine, cheese platter🧀, and salad bar. For hot dishes, I highly recommend the flavorful roasted lamb ribs🐏, which are perfectly balanced between lean and fat, with tender and juicy meat. Other highlights include steamed halibut, baked oysters, bean paste roasted chicken, garlic pork knuckle, seafood curry, crispy fried crab legs, and spicy corn strips. The laksa noodle station🍜 offers a rich and flavorful broth with plenty of toppings. At the carving station, the roasted American rib-eye beef is tender and juicy with no blood. The pan-fried tiger prawns and pan-fried sea bream are also must-tries. The freshly cooked abalone is tender and flavorful, and I always have two. For Japanese cuisine, we have sashimi and assorted sushi. The beverage station offers unlimited drinks🥛☕️, including vitamin water, juices, coffee, tea, Chinese and Western soups, and nourishing papaya and snow fungus sweet soup. In the dessert corner🍰🍦, each delicate dessert is decorated with Christmas themes, creating a festive atmosphere. Enjoy panna cotta, rainbow jelly, triple chocolate mousse, mini lemon tarts, French hazelnut puffs, blueberry cheesecake, chestnut rolls, lemon butter cake, and pear almond tarts. On the other side, we have croissant pudding, waffles, molten lava cakes, and macaron towers, which can be paired with fresh fruit and Haagen-Dazs cup ice cream for a perfect finish! From December 21 to 31, we will also offer Christmas specials, including roasted turkey, lobster bisque pasta, braised duck feet with sea cucumber in oyster sauce, roasted duck, crispy fried soft-shell crab, honey-glazed ham, Christmas pudding, snowman gingerbread cake, Christmas log cake, Black Forest cups, Christmas mince pies, mulled wine, and flaming snow mountain.
